NDIS Support Coordination
GPSO has a team of Support Coordinators who can help you utilise your NDIS funding and connect you to service providers.
A Support Coordinator will support you to understand and implement the funded supports in your plan and link you to community and mainstream services. Support Coordinators will assist you to ‘optimise’ your plan ensuring that you are getting the most out of your funded supports.
A Support Coordinator may:
- Connect you to service providers
- Assist you to utilise your NDIS funding
- Help you to plan and prepare for your NDIS review
- Focus on supporting you to build your NDIS skills
- Assist you to access the myplace portal
- Support you to understand service agreements
- Support you to have choice and control over your NDIS plan
NDIS Plan Management
GPSO provides plan management services to Participants who have chosen their funds to be plan managed.
A Plan Manager will:
- Receive invoices and pay providers on your behalf
- Make claims via the NDIS portal
- Help you budget and keep track of your funds
- Help you build skills
A Plan Manager will allow you to:
- Have choice and control over the providers you us
- Use NDIS registered providers
- Use non-registered providers (although your Plan Manager must be a registered provider)
- View your plan on the myplace portal to keep track of your budget

Short Term Accommodation
GPSO has established a STA facility in both the Griffith and Leeton facility and offer the provision of in-home respite if requested.
Supported Independent Living
GPSO will be providing Supported Independent Living (SIL) supports in our newly built houses in Griffith.
Specialist Disability Accommodation
GPSO is in the process of constructing Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) houses in the Griffith area.
